Younger viewers
Independent accounts are for players aged 16 or over. Younger viewers can watch an adult aged 18 or over control a demonstration from the adult’s own account. Keep younger viewers’ personal details out of the account and feedback.
Concerns about a younger person’s existing account can be sent to the privacy contact without signing in.
Feedback from the game
If you can sign in, open Profile → Send feedback. Choose a category and describe the issue. The account, case, version and saved progress may be used where needed to investigate it.
